The Gong

Success can come in all shapes and sizes. At WorkAdvance, our people are gaining education, certifications, new jobs, benefits, time off and all the steps in-between. With all that success, we wanted to make a sound to go with it.

The gong is a way for everyone to recognize achievements in their career journey. When the gong rings, everyone stops what they’re doing and celebrates the accomplishments of the person ringing the gong. It's about living the success story in the moment. The sound of the gong reverberates through our office and you can’t help but smile.
